Teammates

Adding teammates to your TextP2P account allows additional people to have either full or limited access to your account based on their role. These users will have their own username, password, and two factor authentication and they won't have access to yours. Unlike most of our competitors, adding additional users to your account is free.

Roles

• Admin - has full access to the user's account except for their account profile page. Therefore you teammate will not be able to see or change any of the account information like account holder email, phone, etc. but they will have access to everything else like sending text campaigns, replying to messages, buying credits, billing, and more.
• Teammate - this role is restricted from billable actions like purchasing credits, billing services (upgrades, downgrades, and cancel), purchasing or deleting phone textp2p phone numbers.  They will have access to everything else like sending campaigns and replying to messages.
