Recurring Text Campaigns

TextP2P supports the ability to schedule recurring text campaigns! So if you want to have the system automatically send a weekly team call reminder or if you want to setup yearly birthday wishes, you can now do it.

In the campaign management window, when you click on Create Campaign, you will see a "recurring" check box next to the Schedule date field. After you enter a scheduled date you can check the box and then a "period" drop down box will be revealed. Available periods are Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly. They will trigger off the scheduled date every period until you cancel or delete the campaign.

Note: if you add new users to a list that is associated to an existing recurring campaign, they will automatically be included the next time the campaign sends.

The campaign status will remain in a PENDING state permanently show you it's active. Each time it runs you will see the "Sent" or "Fail" numbers increase. You can click on the "recipients" to see the status of all pending and sent messages.
