AI Replies

TextP2P AI Replies allows you to harness the power of artificial intelligence to automatically reply to incoming messages on your behalf.  By using OpenAI's ChatGPT we have integrated the most power AI platform so you can have your own personal assistant replying to messages 24 hours a day.

Additionally you can use TextP2P's AI Replies feature to train your AI knowledge base.  It can automatically pull in your latest questions and answer to populate the database, and you can add as many new ones as you wish. This gives your AI assistant the ability to speak intelligently about your products and services.

You can access the new AI Replies (beta) under the Text Messaging menu on the left hand navigation.

Important Options for when no keyword match is found:

• DO NOTHING - AI will not reply to the question. You will be notified of the unread message in your inbox and you will need to reply to the person.
• DEFAULT CONTEXT - One of your knowledge base questions and answers can be chosen as the default context to be used for all questions with no matching keywords.
• NO CONTEXT - will allow the AI to respond however it wants.

Disabling AI When Manual Reply

When you manually reply either from the inbox or from the TextP2P mobile app, it will automatically disable AI Replies for 1 hour for that specific contact.  This is useful if you just want to jump into the conversation manually.

To disable AI Replies for all contacts you will need to go to the AI Replies screen.
