Workflow Automations

Workflow automations allow you to setup reusable automated chain of events to be sent out in a drip fashion. For example you have an SMS text message sent out immediately. Then 1 day later, it will automatically send out a ringless voicemail message from you, then 1 week later send another MMS message or email.

This can be very useful for scenarios like the following:

1. Welcoming new customers
2. Daily messages for training or motivation
3. Following up with your customers after service (2 months, 6 months, or 1 year later, etc.)
4. Message series for new form subscribers

Import & Export Workflow

You can Import and Export workflow automation chains!

For example, if you create an awesome on-boarding 30 day training drip automation, you can export it and share it with your team or coworkers for their accounts.

To Export, you simply go to your automation chain and click the Export button. TextP2P will export the complete chain of texts & ringless voicemails to a CSV file which you can then send to someone else.

To import, first you need create a new workflow and then click the import button to import all the campaigns. After importing, simply click the publish button to make it live.
