Insert Personalization Fields

Personalization Fields let you customize and personalize your text messages to each person on the list. The system will extract the information from the contact's personal information stored in the database to insert into the message in place of the [FIELD NAME]. All fields are pulled directly from the contact's record in the database.

Ex.

Hey [FIRSTNAME], Welcome to our community!

Available fields includes:

[FIRSTNAME]

[LASTNAME]

[COMPANY]

[EMAIL]

[PHONE]

[ADDR1]
[ADDR2]
[CITY]
[STATE]
[POSTAL]
[COUNTRY]

[CUSTOM1]

[CUSTOM2]

[CUSTOM3]

Tags must be enclosed in [ ]. Capitalization of tags does not matter.
